Interim HR Management
Interim HR Management helps you acquire necessary know-how when it is required
for a specific project, but not over the longer term. I will manage your
project and help your team reach its defined goal.
As an Interim Manager I am available as an independent, well-networked
specialist for operative HR issues. I reinforce your staff when needed, and
I will leave
when the project is finished – no extra benefits, no labour law issues
or any other additional cost. Given my longstanding experience with widely
varied requirements I can also guarantee that I will hit the ground running
once I'm hired.
I can be used if a postion is unfilled for some reason, or in the case of
an unexpected requirement. An interim assignment can also be advisable for
the time period between a postholder's notice and a successor's start date.
